What brought you here will not bring you there! 
A lot of women – and this differs in generations, why it´s so important to have all stages of Female Leadership on board – grew up and base their success on working incredibly hard, they were nice girls and they made the experience that working with other women can be the real stressor.

While trying to fulfill the male leadership style they lost their connection to other women. Yes, women lead differently and it´s incredibly important to distinguish where male or female strengths are appropriate. And there are a lot on both sides. This network is about confidence and fulfillment, not so much on the working conditions for women, not saying that this is not super important too.

This network is not about complaining and playing the victim game. We want to tap into our power and confidence – a battle that is often much harder than the outside battles. And for that, every support is of high value.

What is leading? Everybody is a leader, at least a self-leader

A lot of women tend to avoid receiving – that´s what can be shared and learned here!
A lot of women tend to play small – We know that´s our comfort zone – let´s try something new.
A lot of women think they have to do it on their own – really? Let´s try if it can work differently.
A lot of women avoid selling, themselves and their products … .

… and there is so much more. Pls. comment where you think that more female leadership is needed?

In the end, it´s all about sharing experience and have a go-to network and safe space of trust.
